Game keeps zooming in after update

My game keeps zooming in on objects or Sims after the last update. Even when I open a new game, I'm still getting the zoom issue when creating a family. When I start the game, I notice my mouse curs...

    Good morning,

    The problem has been resolved. After much investigation, it turned out to be the controller I thought was disconnected. So it wasn't the mouse, keyboard, or anything. It was simply the controller being upside down that was causing the problem. It shouldn't even be connected, but it was.

    I'm sorry I took up so much of your time trying to figure out what was causing the problem. I found out because someone else had the same problem and had a broken controller that caused the same issue.

nijda160​  So even the clean boot doesn't help?  What about that combined with disabling every single setting in the EA App?

I don't doubt you that this issue is due to an update, either from the App or from Sims 4.  But yours is the only report of this I've seen this week, so it's not like it broke for a large number of people.  That's why it has to be at least partly related to something you're running on your computer.

If you have an extra mouse lying around, even a low-end one, it would be useful to test with that too, just for comparison's sake.

    The clean boot was with a other mouse then i do use, my wireless mouse and keyboard did not work after the clean boot so i had to use a wired mouse and keyboard for that moment. 

    But still this did not help and i keep heaving this issue
