Game lags badly for the first time ever since latest patch

My game lags badly, making it unplayable. Removing my sims 4 folder and starting clean makes no difference. It still keeps lagging. I've set it to lowest settings and windowed mode and no change. Thi...

Elke87  Please provide a dxdiag.  Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
