tinylilpalette Are you seeing BlueScreens when trying to play Sims 4? They're definitely happening; the question is in what context.
For the game issue, is OneDrive running on this computer? If so, whether you deliberately use it or not, please try pausing syncing before you play. To see the option, right-click the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen, or perhaps hidden in the Tray (^ icon).
If that doesn't help either, please let me know what antivirus you use and whether you've installed the game through Steam. It sounds like you're playing through the EA App, but I'd like to be sure.
puzzlezaddictNope, i don't face any bluescreen issue, the game simply doesn't load on my screen. I have gotten one drive signed out, issue remains. I only have window security and it says "no action needed" when i am loading sims. And yeap, using EA app.
