Game not getting pass intro screen

Question

I've been trying to play the sims 4 for over a week. I've installed and reinstalled all the drivers, game and app. It will load get to the intro screen show "The Sims 4" Music starts to play then it closes out no error code or nothing. I just got the last kits that came out and just want to spend my Christmas break with my sims. Any help would be appreciated. ( Below is the DXdiag)

@KittyCat13&nbsp; Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows Sims 4 is crashing due to a component of the Nvidia graphics driver.&nbsp; So please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
