Game Not Recognizing Graphics Card

cfbce7cdec908109​  The unrecognized graphics card isn't a problem you need to address.  The game's database is simply behind, sometimes by over a year, in adding new GPU device IDs.  And it shouldn't cause any kind of discoloration or overlay.

Please post a screenshot of what you see so I can get a better idea of what's happening.  If the laptop is in night mode or using some other eye strain-preventing measure, or different colors for accessibility reasons, please disable that feature.  And if that doesn't help, try playing in windowed mode.  You'd need to quit and reload to get the full effect.
