Game not responding past introduction loading screen?

Thanks. I had hoped so as well, but it didn't. My game is still doing the same. I even took every single CC out and only tested 500 of them...it still doesn't work. I even looked at the list that was posted by SimsVIP and I took out the mods that were listed as not working, and my game is still not working. I have no idea what to do at this point. I sincerely feel like giving up :'(
