Game Not Saving Progress

@Trivianna5 If you create a new save, is it still available after you quit, restart your computer, and reload Sims 4? Please let me know either way.
Please also list the path to the folder the game is using. Here's how to find it:

And post a screenshot of the contents of the saves folder inside the Sims 4 folder as well, so I can see whether your saves are being renamed or removed.
