My game opens fine, but when I click "resume" on my saved game, I just get to the spinning plumbob screen. It sits there for hours and does nothing. I have tried repairing the game through the EA app, and restarting, but there has been no progress. How do I fix this?
@kristencandella Can you load a different household within this save? Click Load Game to see the option. If this doesn't work, can you load a new save? Please go through CAS and see whether you can get into live mode. Let me know what happens.
The idea here is to see whether the problem is limited to one household, or one save, or is more global.
