Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

@jpkarlsen This did not work. And as mentioned before, i tried taking out my mods and it didn't help. But still thanks for trying to help.

Sorry but I think that you moved the wrong mods folder. From the images it looks like a version of UI Cheats that have not been updated. An update is available.
- 5 years ago@jpkarlsen I deleted the UI folder, it still didn't work. Before that i downloaded the mod again but, as i deleted the folder, it obviously didn't help me.
