Game pack not showing up in game.
I downloaded the new star wars game pack for the sims. But it’s not showing in game. Origin says it’s installed but it doesn’t show up as my owned packs.

@tae6550 What version of Sims 4 are you running? Load the game to the Main Menu (where you'd choose to load a save or create a new one), and look along the bottom of the game window. Please list the full version, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.

@tae6550 You're running the Legacy Edition of Sims 4, which is why the pack isn't showing up: the LE doesn't run any packs released after October 2019. If you're not sure you need the LE, please list the full specs of your Mac, including operating system, as described here:
If your computer can't run the standard version of Sims 4 and is stuck with the LE, you can request a refund for the Star Wars pack from EA customer support. Even though Sims 4 packs are not normally eligible for refunds, support usually makes an exception in this case.
Try to look for the mode Timex-tool and remove it. This mode was the problem in my game.
