Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app
Im turning on TS4 and I don't have any of my bought packs, even those purchased on disc. After restarting, they're still not visible as purchased.

Hey deni_stan_12,
Usually if someone is missing all of their sims expansion packs it's just because they're using the wrong account to sign into the EA app. Do you have any other accounts with us, or other email addresses you might have used to make an account in the past? If so, could you give those a try, and let me know if your packs pop up?
Even when i restart EA and TS4 or my PC they are still gone.
