Game packs not showing - Sims4
Ive had a break from gaming for a couple months but when ive logged on some of my expansion/game packs are shoeing as unowned.
When i click a previous save that has these game packs used it says 'game data incomplete - Not all game data could be loaded. The save game references neighbourhoods that have been uninstalled or are otherwise no longer available. If you continue playing you will encounter missing data and may have unexpected results. If you save the game there will be no way to recover the missing data.'
Ive been onto manage game and add ons but the packs that are missing arent even ion the add ons list.
When i click the expansion pack in game it takes me through as if im going to go and buy the pack. Ive got Game pass ultimate and have subscribed to EA to see if these were issues but apparently not.
The 2 expansion packs missing are seasons and cats&dogs...

Sorry to hear you've been having some trouble getting all your packs to show back up here.
Just taking a look at the account you're posting with however, I'm not showing any of the packs you listed were registered here.
Just to clarify, were those purchased on PC or Xbox? Do you have any other EA Accounts that may have been used in the past?
