scorpiosunx I meant mods that add items specifically, for example a mod that enables sewing and comes with a sewing machine. It could also be something like a new or replacement TV channel, since the TV would only be turned on some of the time. The idea is that the crashes might be happening when an in-game item (object, clothing, hair) is on-screen or a sim tries to use it. But as I said, that's just a guess.

I tried without mods folder for about 20 mins and no crash so probably in my mods folder. I guess I’ll keep testing at 20 minute intervals. What do you mean mods that add something to game? I actually did add in a few mods from bien / sims4me and tv overrides. I don’t think that was it though..
scorpiosunx It could be anything. It could also be something not related to mods or cc. So please just test with the Mods folder removed, and if you still see the issue, we can look elsewhere.
If you need to know where to start though, I'd start with cc your sims are wearing and mods that add items to the game. That doesn't mean everything else is safe; this is just a guess.

Do you know what type of mods usually do this? I’m not getting any from better exceptions and all of them are up to date. I’m also not sure how I’d do the 50/50 method if it happens randomly. Not on load up or anything.
scorpiosunx Most of the errors in your dxdiag are Sims 4 crashes that point to a VC++ runtime. But if these were missing or totally corrupt, the game wouldn't work at all. And practically speaking, when this kind of error shows up and Sims 4 is launching initially, the issue is usually a bad mod or custom content item, not the runtimes or the game itself.
So please test with your Mods folder removed. You don't have to save your progress.
As to why this could have happened without your adding any content, it's not uncommon for cc to have no effect on the game until a sim is wearing it, or the wrong sim is wearing it. It's also possible for a mod to only break the game when a certain feature of that mod is invoked.
