Game Randomly Freezes/Stops Responding but doesnt crash (PC)

So since the last update I've had a problem where the game will randomly freeze with seemingly no reason/common cause based on what I was doing in the game at the time and task manager shows that TS4...

Bumping for a solution, I'm having the same issue. From what I understand it could be caused by the For Rent DLC. But why have a DLC that breaks the game? Lol
