Game Randomly Freezes/Stops Responding but doesnt crash (PC)

So since the last update I've had a problem where the game will randomly freeze with seemingly no reason/common cause based on what I was doing in the game at the time and task manager shows that TS4 is "Not REsponding". This has happened to me after only 10 minutes of gameplay and also as long as over four hours of gameplay. I have the latest graphics driver etc. I do use mods, but I've updated everything and remvoed all new mods from after the patch as well as incompatible mods found by Better Exceptions. I'm really at a loss for what is going on, I don't even get an exception or crash file either.
