Game randomly kicks me out after a period of time.
I was playing the sims 4 and the game randomly kicked me out leading to me losing all of my progress in building a home.

Iiprincessabby NeonChick1 Was this a one-time crash, or does it keep happening? If it doesn't happen again, you can probably ignore it as a random fluke.
Otherwise, do you use mods or custom content, and if so, do the crashes happen with the Mods folder removed? I'm not saying you can't use mods or cc, only that this is an informative test.
Please also provide a dxdiag, for reference. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

puzzlezaddict It keeps happening, sometimes the game will run for five minutes and then shut off, sometimes it will run for an hour then shut off, but it always shuts off. It turns to a white screen and makes a disconnect noise. I have attempted to repair the game and nothing works. I do not have any mods in my folders, in fact I deleted them all because this keeps happening 😭
