Game Reset

I'm very upset currently, because I was trying to install a mod and was following a YouTube video on how to add the mod, and it was a mod from a trusted place where most YouTubers got the mod from, and I went to go install the mod, and it completely reset my entire Sims and got rid of all of my Sims and buildings and everything else. And I had tried to install the same mod a couple months ago, and it didn't work, but it didn't get rid of all of my hard work.

I immediately removed the mod and tried to load my saves from when I last played, and it wasn't loading anything and didn't have any of my houses and Sims that I made, only the houses and Sims that I uploaded to the gallery, but all the Sims and houses in my library are completely gone and I have no way to find them.

I tried to look at the EA tab for anyway to get some help, but I haven't found a way to get a ticket or email or contact them the problems that I'm experiencing. I'm completely upset about all that, and sad that I lost ALL of my hard work over the last year and half. 

If the EA/Sims network can figure out how to solve my problems or can tell me where I can find all my things again, that would be much appreciated, cause if not, I might not play this game ever again if I can't get all my hard work back. 

I also had a lot of work in ALL of my Sims worlds, and a lot of that I can't get back because a lot of those Sims have very deep meanings to me, and are very helpful to me when I'm having a bad day. 

So if anyone or the EA/Sims people can help me figure out the problem, please let me know. Because I'm close to never playing this game ever again since I don't have any of my Sims anymore.
