Game Stop Responding when Exiting from Main Menu

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? EPs: Get To Work, Get Together, Get Famous, Seasons, Island Living, Cats & Dogs, City Living & Cottage Living. GPs: Strangerville, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Dining Oout, Spa, Outdoor Retreat, Dream Home Decorator. SP: bowling, fitness, kids room, laundry day, movie hangout, 1st pet, toddler, vintage glamour, backyard, moschino, Nifty Knitting. Gift: Holiday, Guitar Kit: Desert Luxe
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the Game, save it, exit to the main menu. Then exit the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game hangs, it stops responding. This occurs if I am playing offline or online.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to exit the game without it hanging & non-responsive.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Whenever I save a game, exit to the main menu and then exit the game, the game hangs. 

This happened after the #FreeTheBabies patch March 2023. Short video showing the game hanging.
