Game stops working

Hi Roberta Can you or anyone else help me PLEASE? 

I am dying on a limb here you guys. 

So I have all the Sims 4 games through Origin. Everything is updated including Origin. the last game I got was Sims 4 Realm of Magic. I have seven mods. My laptop is Dell Vostro

I am operating on Windows 7 Professional SP 1 32 BIT OP. 

Every time I load the game it works until I try to go to a world or something MAJOR and maybe about 4 to about longest its stayed on is 7 minutes until it blips out saying it's suddenly stoped working

What in the bees knees is going on

    @Shamuel9 32 bit Windows is dead. 64 bit Windows will run 32 bit code so there is no reason to have the old 32 bit Windows. Sims for has required 64 bit when some packs came out. You don't say if or what packs you have. You don't list what model Dell Vostro you have but as you have a 32 bit version of Windows I'm guessing it's an older model. You really need to post the dxdiag of your computer to know if there is an issue. FYI - there has been discussions that some 64 bit operating systems may drop support for 32 bit code. As there is still much 32 bit code in use this has led to much controversy. Microsoft is ending support of Windows 7 on January 14, 2020. You really need to consult someone about an upgrade path for your computer.

    Hello Roberta and thank you for replying, 

    I am using a Vostro 1015, and I have all.the packs of The Sims 4. What's the dxdiag ? if its DirectX, I have Direct 9. so I should I get someone to upgrade my computer to 64 bit and possibly a Windows 10. is that possible on a Vostro 1015 ?
