I had the same problem and after 2 days of figuring out how to solve it, I finally got the formula 😃 ! I tried various of steps that I found on the internet such as removing my Mods (but you're free to remove some of your outdated mods just to be sure) or moving my household then moving them back, nothing worked out for me. If they didn't work out for you too, try mine. NOTE: This process does not include removing your cc & mods.
1.) Open your Sims 4
2.) Share all important Households/ Lots/ Rooms from your library to the Gallery (NOTE: You MUST be online to make this possible)
3.) Save & Exit your game.
4.) Remove all Tray Files from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
5.) Open your Sims 4 again and Voila! (It worked for me)
P.S. You can now save your Households/ Lots/ Rooms from the Gallery (Profile: Shared Items) to your library. And that's it!! 🙂 Hope this one helps!

@alikanasya Try to save the game using the option: Save As, then exit it. If it is possible try to go to another mode, like build mode, and try to save there.
But if you exit the game without saving you will only loose your progress since the last time you saved. You can load any of your old saves from the Main Menu if you name them using the option Save As, which is why this saving method is recommended; and also to save often. If you use the options Save, the game will still keep the five last times you saved: click on the button called Recover Save on the Main Menu, and choose the newest one to load.
When does the game stop loading - when you start it, go into a household, download a build, try to save?
When you have exited the game you should rename your The Sims 4 folder, to let the game create a new one and see if that loads better. Please follow the linked description. Don't move back your old files until you have successfully loaded the game in the new empty folder and played around a little to test the loading screens.https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/resetting-the-game-to-factory-settings-without-reinstalling/
If that doesn't work, please post your dxdiag. Here is how:
