For now, move your mods folder to desktop , delete the localthumbcache.package in game folder and fix the game in Origin. Some mod could cause it
If this does not help, you should reset the game folder.
- Rename the 'The Sims 4' folder to something like 'The Sims 4 old'
- Start the game, this will create a new game folder.
- Test if game is working now. If it works fine start moving Tray and "saves" folders from 'The Sims 4 old' over to the new game folder.Theoretically, with the speed of data processing of this disk - 300MB per second, the game should load in 6 to 10 minutes depending on how many packs you have. But ... if you have a lot of CC and mods, very heavily loaded Tray and "saves" folders it can take more time. If you have any programs in the background turned on it also does not help.

As I said in my original post I've tried doing everything you listed above and nothing fixed it . My game used to have no problem loading. It was quick .A few minutes max.
