I updated my game and was able to create a family and move them into a house, but once it was time to actually play, the screen keeps spamming. My sims are interacting, but I can't see or control them. My screen is basically frozen but it won't let me do anything with them.
moleee24 Sorry for the late reply. If you're still having this issue, what do you mean that the screen keeps spamming? A screenshot or two would be helpful.
Please also let me know whether this happens with no mods or custom content present, as in, you remove the Mods folder and create a new save.
I don't have any mods. I've only ever bought through the sims game directly. It looks like the image I attached
moleee24 It looks like your computer doesn't have a graphics driver installed. So please install the relevant driver and restart your computer.
If that doesn't help, or you don't know how to do it, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
