Game update leads to being unable to play the game
I was directed to do a game update on the 26th and this led to being unable to play the game after the update. I have reached out to EA three times on this issue. I get a loop of the game needs to be updated. I click to update. I'm told the game is up to date and when I try to play I am told I need to update the game in a loop of the above repeating itself.
I was directed to repair the game and this did not work after multiple repair attempts.
My three EA outreach attempts led to being told that this is an issue needing a patch.
I am hoping this can be resolved soon as I miss playing this game.
Can I get an email notification when it is resolved? Or do I have to keep trying to log in and see that it doesn't work and try to reach out to EA for help?
