Game updating even though there is no new patch update

@jjvnett Could you try removing your Mods folder (If you use any), your saves folder, and Tray to your desktop. Then try going to the EA app and select your game. Then on the main screen by your game select "manage". In the dropdown window, select "repair". Once completed, enter your game and begin a new game just to test everything to see all is working properly.
