game version not updated

I am Japanese.
I don't understand English, so I use DeepL translation.
my game version isn't updated even if I already update my game.. my game version is still 1.66.139.1020.. I also re-installed ,y game but still no luck.

    @nek0-d41suk1  Then it sounds like your game is updated in some way.  Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and move GameVersion.txt to the desktop.  If you get an error when trying to move the file, or it copies instead of moving, let me know.

    Otherwise, load the game and find the version at the Main Menu again.

    And please let me know where you downloaded the game as well.  Updating and repairing are a bit different on the various platforms.

    @nek0-d41suk1  How did you install Sims 4: through the EA App or Origin, through Steam, through Epic, or some other way?  What game version do you see at the Main Menu?  The version will be listed in the lower-right area or along the bottom of the screen.
