Game volume so low
My sims game is so low even though everything is at max in the game and on my laptop

SensitiveSoul Please try a different sound output device that uses a different connection, for example the laptop's built-in speakers vs. headphones or earbuds. The point is not that you can't use your preferred audio device, only that it's worth testing with a different one. When testing, please unplug any devices you're not using, other than the built-in speakers of course.
