Game will not launch at all.
I'll click "play" and the mouse will change to the "thinking mouse with the circle" for about 5 seconds and then stop. Then play button will be gray for a bit and then turn orange. No error messages....

Hi all,
I thought I would come back and see if the rest of you have had any luck. I see you havent and am sorry to hear that.
Obviously as I am not having this issue anymore I have no need / cant troubleshoot any more.
I see you have re-installed windows rross and still the same, this either tells me that a) its just a broken game or b) compatibility issues with some systems, so hardware or software relating to Windows.
A few ideas for you if you have not tried.
- Graphics drivers - make sure they are upto date, if they are, try uninstalling them and reverting to an earlier version or 2.
- Check to see if any updates are available for windows
- Check to see if there are any updates to any of your other drivers, mobo, bios etc
- If using duel/multiple monitors, temporarly disconnect them, use only one.
Thats all I can think of right now. People post your specs, that might help, check error logs, see if any are being posted.
Ill keep my eyes on the forum and assist if I can.

Called EA after getting an email from the specialist who told me to simply email them back. Been over 48 hours since my reply with no response. What a terrible mistake wasting my time and money on this game.
