Game will not launch (permission issues ig) (Ts4_launcher not starting)

I've been at this for 2 days now. I just want to play someone please help. It first was saying permissions requied and game failed to launch. I done erased everything, Uninstall everything re-downloa...

Ireannawomble22​  Please remove all "run as administrator" settings on any executable (inside the app's program files) or desktop shortcut.  This setting shouldn't be necessary and can sometimes interfere with the game starting.

Please also let me know whether you're using a standard Windows account or an admin one.  You can check under Windows Settings > Users & Groups.  If you're in a standard (not an admin) account, try an admin one for comparison's sake.
