Game wont download and wont allow me to put the promo code in again

I put the promo code in for the game (sims 4 island living) and it said it was successful but them didn’t show up on my account or my computer as downloading. I tried to put in the code again and its...

Hey @YeahBoiiiii17,

Moved your Post to the correct Sims 4 Forums.

When you click on your Sims 4 Cover in your Game Library, and go to "Extra Content", does it show Island Living there, with a Download option?
