I keep getting an error message when trying to load the game, this has happened since the upgrade

I have the same problem, and before that, it keeps showing " displayname field missing from registry" - then I log in again, and then it just "failed to launch the game", I tried deleted the EA app and the whole Sims game, nothing. Then again with Revo Uninstall, nothing. I tried to turn of the Firewall, still didn´t launch. I´ve searched everywhere from yesterday and nothing.
So frustrating! thank you
I'm having the same issue. I've deleted all the mods that are broken and I'm currently trying the repair methods/App recovery methods. I'll let you know if anything works unless someone else responds before me. This is so frustrating!!
