Game won't open

I deleted Gshade today and now my game won't open. I am not sure what was deleted or changed as I still have the folder. I have runned the repair on the game, through steam, many times and it tells me the files are validated. I cleared and deleted the cache, ended the task management of the games, and restarted many times and nothing worked. It wouldn't be a corrupted mod (I think) as when I did have them, it automatically popped up as the problem while in this case it is telling me "There was a problem with your game set up. Please reinstall your game". I attached the DxDiag for just in case. TIA!
