Game won't stop crashing
I've tried for weeks at this point to fix the game but I'm at a loss. I've reinstalled a bunch of times and tried with and without mods. I cleared the EA cache and repaired the app itself and the game itself.

odellaticsxo Please look for a BIOS update for your motherboard. If you don't know how to do this, find the model number, which should be in the documentation you received from Cyberpower as well as printed on the board itself. Google "[model number] support" and look for the manufacturer's product page. Your current BIOS version is 1645.
If updating the BIOS doesn't help, or you don't see a newer version, boot into BIOS and disable CPU Turbo Boost, which will be somewhere under Advanced settings.
