Game Won't Work!

Okay ever since the toddler update I've been having game problems. The main thing right now is that i can't play at all like i literally will start and it'll take 5 to 15 mins to crash on me i don't get to do anything at all. I don't have any mods i only have custom content but I've took out every piece that would mess up the game. I did reset the game to its factory settings and i uninstalled sims and reinstalled it. Literally at this point i don't know what to do. If you anything that i can do can you please tell me? thank you
