Gamepack toggles missing from settings

I have the enchanted by nature gamepack, and initially it did show up in my settings under "Game Options" to tweak the settings, but now when I go in this section the pack does not show. The pack is correctly installed and I am able to play it. Just reporting this issue in case anyone else is experiencing this so that we can get a fix for this. 

I am playing with mods/cc I have attempted with taking these out and seeing if the menu shows up in my game but it's still not there. 

Playing on PC. As you can see on the attachment there I'm at the very end of the "game options" and it was previously showing underneath the businesses and hobbies pack.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
    • Please post a picture

    Hello! Yes, I even checked now with the new update and it has not reappeared and this was with my mods off, but I do have the pack installed.

    edit: I did a clean uninstall and reinstall and that seemed to have fixed the issue for me, repairing the game alone did not provide the fix.
