Gameplay Options Not Available (Sims 4)

I was told there was an option to turn off aging except in my current household under the "gameplay" options. However, when I go into the options, it won't let me click on "Gameplay". Everything else is available (e.g. graphics and audio) but the gameplay options are not. There seems to be no link to "Gameplay" at all (all the others' writing is blue and turns green when I scroll over, "gameplay" is permanently grey).

Can someone please give me a reason why this might be happening, or another way to access the gameplay options
