Gardening issues

When i buy a flower pot it doesn’t give me an option to buy seeds, only garlic seeds. If i am able to plant a seed and multiple plants are ready to be harvested when i click “harvest all” it only harvests the selected plant. I’ve repaired the game & it isn’t working. I don’t use any mods or cc.
