Gardens and Visiting others issues

I have some new problems since the new patch with the sims 4 on PC. 

1. When the option to travel to a friends house comes up I can travel, but upon arrival I can't click on the door and get the option to" knock" or anything like that. I can't even ask to go inside when the people happen to be outside, while talking to them.
2. Other sims will come to my sims home only they don't make it onto the property. Instead they stop outside it on the sidewalk and stand there as if there by the door, only there not. When I actually notice them I have the option to "invite inside" and they'll come in. They just wont come up to the door anymore.
3. At others houses the option when my sim is gardening to "tend", doesn't work. It says there's nothing to be done when you can clearly see bugs and wilted plants. Also, the visiting sim (or the active one your playing as) won't (when clicked on the option) automatically "weed", "water", or "harvest all" the plants. You have to continually click on every plant and select the interaction you want when this doesn't happen at my own sims homme.
4. With gardening i've also noticed the plants will perk up as if they've been watered right before my sim gets to them. There's about a two second lag, also when "watering", or "spraying for bugs", they don't aim right at the plant. Instead getting the area next to it yet somehow the pant still acts as if it got the action.
5. Making food at others houses. The sim wont place the food on a clear counter that in no way is obstructed, but rather on the floor.
6. Lastly, I've had items go missing in my sims home. Normally on the end tables by the only double bed, and on TV stands under the television. Things on the walls will go missing too. I can replace the items in the same spots but they disappear again whenever I "travel", and possibly enter or exit build/buy mode.

Does anyone know whats going on or if EA plans on fixing these issues, and is there a site I can directly send the problems I'm having with the game to?
