Holiday Rewards are not popping up despite being in the time window

I have been trying to unlock the holiday rewards since December, and no troubleshooting has worked. I think I narrowed it down to internet issues; the game refuses to go online, so I cannot access the gallery or Jasmine's Holiday event. I am super disappointed to miss out on all of the free DLC, but I cannot figure out how to fix this. My PC has an internet connection, and the EA servers are online, but for some reason, the Sims 4 refuses to let me onto the internet. Is there a clear fix for this, or any way to unlock the items while offline?

So far I have reinstalled the game, loaded new saves, loaded the game through both EA and Steam, and sat with it while it tries to connect the internet. Please let me know if you have any more suggestions and anyway of earning back the content I missed due to these technical issues.
