    If you're on a PC, you should be able to copy the entire folder: "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" over to the new PC. It'll be quite large but it'll contain your saves, mods, library, everything. You can't copy the game itself, you'll have to install it normally yourself, but just run it once, exit, and place those files over the new ones and everything should be back.

    Never tried it myself but it should work. You'll have to reset the graphic settings I think.
