Getting all and new expansion packs breaks game The Sims 4

Question

Okay so I recently just downloaded all of the expansion packs + parenthood and it completely broke my game. I don't have any mods installed or anything like some interactions just won't work and the sims glitch out. I've came back to having my saves deleted even though I'm positive I've saved... What should I do? Will EA give me a refund or will I just have to stick with a broken game

Try right clicking the game in Origin, and choose 'repair game'.

Could you tell me a bit more about the issues you're having? What kind of glitches?
About your save file, do you have something like OneDrive running that might be copying your files to a different location?
