myatuya Please update the driver for your Nvidia GPU, as the current driver is from 2016. The newest compatible driver Nvidia offers is from 2019, but that should still be an improvement:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.
