loads into game and i cant even see the screen and everything that i click stays glued to it as well. on top of that sims3 wont even open... EA what are yall doing!
why are both games so broken. There are so many people complaining about both games and there has yet to be a true fix to either of them.
I hate the expierience that im having with EA and I just want to play my games to cope with my severe anxiety and depression.

this looks like an issue with your graphics drivers. Moving this over to PC tech for better help but could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

Diamond_Jen Your dxdiag shows that your graphics chip is disabled. You can reenable it by clicking Windows key-X and opening the Device Manager. Expand Display Adapters, right-click the AMD Radeon entry, and choose the Enable option, then restart your computer.
