Graphic Card Unrecognized

I just bought a new gaming PC, and my older less capable gaming PC never crashed my game and as I've done a little searching, I'm realizing the unrecognized card may might be the issue. I can't find ...

Actually the last time I played I got this.

      It fixed that error, but it didn't fix the crashing when placing a 64x64 lot. The lot does have a lot of cc but even my older computer could place this particular lot it was just really laggy when I played on the lot. Idk why it's crashing now on this newer upgraded pc. Any other suggestions?
