Meh_Teddy_Bear What issue are you seeing? The Config file showing Found: 0 means the GPU's device ID isn't in the database. The "unsupported video card" isn't a problem in that it won't cause any actual negative consequences. If you're getting a different error though, let me know.
It was telling me the graphics card was not recognized. I believed I fixed the issue after I uninstalled from settings instead of from EA.
