@Pinkvelvet98 Please post a few more screenshots showing the issue, preferably in better lighting, and let me know whether the graphics look better when you zoom in.

The unrecognized graphics card message should only appear the first time you launch Sims 4, or the first time after you've removed the user folder or the options.ini file inside. This shouldn't affect graphics quality though.
@puzzlezaddict Here's more photos but I'm not sure whether the graphics are considered bad or not.
