grayed out llama

I have this grayed out llama that stops me from placing a family in a lot, i tried to disable my mods but it still won't help

I have the same issue. I have a save file and my main family is replaced with a gray llama icon and I can't enter the household. I tried uninstalling my more traits mod, thinking that was the cause, but it still isn't working, and Idk what to do.

I also really don't understand technology :/

@lxceberry omg I'm panicking, I tried removing all my mods and it won't work 😓

@lxceberry Are you also on Mac ? Or on PC ?

      @lxceberry have you tried the factory reset above ? Did you save the game this way ? You might need to load a backup
