You definitely need a dedicated graphic card. Depending on exactly what you do in Photoshop it may not be over the top and CS:Go is also a bit more demanding of the hardware than the Sims 4. This is somewhat cheaper https://www.elgiganten.dk/product/computer-kontor/computere/barbar-computer/lenovo-yoga-slim-7i-pro-i7-12165122050-14-barbar-computer/455550
It will have no problems with any of what you stated. I assume that you specified 14" because of weight concerns. Just be aware that these slim laptops can have an issue with heat when you play. You can alleviate this by getting a cooling stand for it. I recommend not gaming when placed on fabric.
BTW I will see your answer sooner if you tag me.
Thanks for the suggestion, I have also come across that one before. I might give it a month to see if some discounts or offers come up. :-)
I was worried about how the performance would be if I chose that kind of small PC, but I would prefer something like that or at least a ‘neutral’ looking PC. It is a good tip with the cooling stand and not using it on fabric.

Remember that Black Friday is coming up later this month if you can wait that long.
