My game want to update but I can't

Hello everyone ! I have a problem with my Sims 4 !
Since two day, I Have these message when I click on play button !

It means "an update is necessary to play the game ! Go to the home page of the game to start the update" !

But when I go to the home page, there is no update button ! I heard that the button appears only when an update is available. So I don't understand !
I tried everything (I think). I used Ea App recovery, Ea Updater, I tried to repair the game, uninstall EA app, update all my mods, disabled all mods, restart my computer... but nothing happened !

The button never appears, I have only the play button ! And sometimes the other sceenshot but nothing happens too..

Is anyone here had these problem and has succeeded to resolve it ? Thank you ^^

    You can try forcing the EA App to update.  Go here:

    C:\Program Files\EA Desktop\EA Desktop

    and launch the EAUpdater.exe.  Then clear the App's cache and restart your computer.

    If that doesn't help, you may need to play with the App in offline mode for now.

      Hello puzzlezaddict thank you for your answer ! As I see the problem is not took in charge by EA and let everyone in ****, great...!
      I tried what you said but unfortunatly the problem is still here... x(
      I believe I will have to wait until the next update like everyone who have this problem.......

    Rachiboulawan  I saw someone a few hours ago say that they fixed the issue by removing their Mods folder, so please try that.  I'm not saying you can't play without mods, only that one or more mods might be the problem here.

    Other than that, I'll post back when I have any news about this error.  It may be solved with an EA App update rather than a Sims 4 update, so you might not need to wait for the next Sims 4 patch.

      It still doesn't work... even after the EA App update, nothing's working...!
      I'm boring ! And I even bought th new extention, but I can't play so I just offered mney to EA for absolutly nothing

    Rachiboulawan  According to the master thread I linked originally, this problem is mostly or entirely solved now.  Since you're still seeing it, please uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), and use the Intensive scanning method.  Restart your computer before reinstalling, and repair Sims 4 (again) rather than immediately trying to update.
