Great Game Advisor

I have been looking for a way to recognize or send in a positive feedback comment but haven't one.

I was having issues with my Sims 4 update today and decided to do a Live Chat. I waited about 20 minutes (Its a new game so I expected to wait) and then an advisor by the name of Jerome Ryan came to the rescue!

Jerome was super nice and very understanding. Jerome made sure he understood my problem and talked me through several steps to figure out what was going on. I'm not the most computer savvy but he made it very easy to follow his steps and when I was unsure of something he answered my questions fully. I have used the Live chat system before with Sims 3 and they helped somewhat but never got to the bottom of my game problems. Also he helped me learn a few new things about my laptop that I have had for 3 years!

This was a great experience and I hope my positive feedback can get back to him. Jerome, Thank you so much for your help and detailed steps to help improve my game. You deserve a giant cookie 🙂

  • I don't know the man but glad he helped, i will pass your message to the Community Managers and maybe one of them can pass it on to him. He would appreciate these kind words i guess. Must be hard to be a Game Advisor when a new game launches :D

    I had someone by the name of Ryan, perhaps the same guy? He was awesome too. Really patient and more than willing to explain things if I didn't get it completely. James was a pretty good one too. I started out a little frustrated by my game and by the end of the whole session I was giggling thanks to him and feeling much better about it. On top of solving my problem of course.

    Give those poor guys some extra coffee or tea. They deserve something nice.

    Pretty often once a problem is fixed you'll not hear back from the user, so it's always good to see that you helped someone enjoy their game. 🙂
