Growing Together Puzzle Box

I used the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat because I wanted to give my sims a puzzle box from Growing Together. I hadn't gotten a game table yet, so I put the puzzle box on the floor. The issue is, I can't move it or delete it. I've tried building a room around it and deleting the room and that didn't work (but I was able to move the puzzle box inside the room outside). I'm really hesitant to bulldoze the entire lot because I just finished building the house and didn't save any version of it to the Gallery. Is there any way to get rid of this object without having to bulldoze the entire lot?
